Update: I’m moved and safe in my gigantic bed. More of an actual update later, one full of pathetic self-reflection. Promise. Now I’d like to use this post to say two things:

1. Thank you to all of you who came out last night for what was clearly the most epic departure ANYONE has ever made. You all made my final night (or what I remember of it) more meaningful and incredible than you’ll ever know. I’d like to pick the right words to tell you how great you are but it’s late, so for now this will have to do.
