My 5 Top Meals by Tressa Eaton

Sous Style interviewed Tasting Table editor Tressa Eaton. I’m a little lot jealous of her five favorite meals. Who’s up for a road trip and #5? Read the rest of the interview here.

1. Churros and pudding-like chocolate under snow-heavy orange trees in Granada

2. Breakfast at the top of Machu Picchu

3. A butter-soaked Lobster Roll at Red’s Eats in Wiscasset, Maryland

4. Kale Salad, Prawns, Pasta, and deeply thick Panna Cotta with heavy balsamic vinegar at Il Buco’s copper bar with my mom

5. A growler of Greenport Harbor beer and fried chicken from Salamander’s, served sound-side on Long Island’s North Fork (Check out Tressa’s article about this here)

My motto in life: Everything (and nothing) in moderation.
