Monday: Slow roasted tomato soup and greens (via GP)
**Editor’s note: this is currently all of my shirt. Eating soup out of mason jar is great in theory, messy in practice. That is, at least, if you’re me.**
Tuesday: Tofu teriyaki with caramelized Brussels sprouts ( via GP)
Wednesday: Portobello burger + pesto + baked sweet potato fries
Thursday: Pasta with red sauce and lentil meatballs and some sort of kale situation
Friday: Leftovers? Nanny City? Out? Only time will tell.
